Memory Man
Electro-Harmonix has built the Memory Man since 1976, making it one of the longest-running analogue delay lines on the market. Analogue here means no digital processing but a bucket-brigade circuit, which gives the repeats a darker, slightly degraded character that builds as they decay. Canyon and Grand Canyon break with that recipe and are digital, with a looper built in.
