Tech 21

Tech 21 was founded in New York in 1989 by Andrew Barta and released the first SansAmp that same year: amp simulation in an analogue circuit, years before digital modelling existed. The Bass Driver DI is the best known of them — a preamp, a drive stage and a DI output in a single box.
