Boss

Boss is Roland's pedal brand and has been building compact pedals in the same enclosure since 1977: a sloped top, a thumbscrew in the treadle and a two-letter code for the effect. The range runs from the DS-1 and the Metal Zone through to tuners, loopers and the Waza Craft versions, which build the same pedals with selected components and add a second, altered mode alongside.
